I had a remarkable dining experience at this hotel. The food was exquisite, a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds in awe. The ambience was equally impressive, with a charming blend of elegance and comfort, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. However, what truly set this establishment apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel like cherished guests. I booked 3rd and 4th floor Halls for my daughter's first birthday party on 5th JAN overall experience very good Special thanks to GM Madhu garu,captain Naidu,buffet captain (forgot his name) and other service staff.,all are very cooperative 1.Food taste- very good 2. Ambience -very good 3.staff- very cooperative 4.Hall condition- Very Neat & tidy 5.AC- working properly 6. Buffet captain & other service- very good 7. Managment- Very cooperative 8. Decoration at Hall(Decoration people)- Not upto the mark. Over all experience good.,Thanks to Hotel Tulips Grand annojiguda and all the best for your value added ethical business 👍👍👍👌

You have to have good day to get good food here. Location is really good. I visited 3 times and got too much spicy food 2 times. The spice was too much even I was unable to handle. Once food was good but I have to ask staff for my order frequently. The person who took orders was missing or forgetting. There is lot to improve here. Respect customer's money and serve quality food and listen if customer asking for changes especially spice levels. Uppal branch is really good, follow them.

I met a staff there named Mr. Aspak . it's always important to acknowledge and appreciate exceptional service. Whether it's the warm smile that greets you at your restaurant or the attentive assistance from a customer support representative, these acts of kindness and professionalism leave a lasting impact. Food taste is great. Dibyaranjan was a great host to provide good choices of food and serving time as well quality is very satisfying. Good place to have a dine out with family and friends.

We have not used the room service so can't review on that. Coming to food, Rumali roti, Butter chicken, starters and chicken biryani were delicious. These items are worthy. Veg Biryani was not upto the mark. Also, have not tried the other veg items.

The service was good and the behaviour of Mr. Aspak. He is friendly and the food he recommended was also tasty. The behaviour and food for this I will also recommend my more friends for the hotel to go . It was a nice time to spend and eat food .

This was one of the worst hotel service experience I had in my life and I've stayed in several hotels. The booking was done for 3 adults for a luxury room where we payed a premium amount. But still, their policy says that complimentary breakfast was only for 2 adults. What kind of logic is that, I will never understand. The service was sub-par, the staff was treating us like we were children and there were several lapses in communication. There's not even a closed parking space for guests who stay here overnight. Even while explaining the breakfast issue to the staff, they were not ready to understand, and the manager was not even ready to talk to us. He was trying his level best to evade from interacting with a guest. I don't know why he is even in the service industry if that's the case. This hotel and its management needs to learn what it means to be in the service industry. I did not pay such a premium amount to be treated like a third-class citizen with disrespect. Lucky I am a lawyer and I'm contemplating initiating a consumer action against the hotel.
